Disc top with nice anti-leakage, bonding function is what we are manufacturing. Find professional manufacture who has been dealing with cap moulds for 12 years.
Disc top cap are made of two parts, one is the top of the disc top cap, and one is the body of the disc top cap.
Generally, the disc top caps are for cosmetics or shampoo, so it will have high requirements on the surface tooling, so it requires perfect polishing of the mould cavity and core.
The most important use for cap is sealing without leakage. We prepared a special plug to realize against leakage function and it controls effluence very well.
Description about goods:
High hardness material: Usually p20 for mould base, H13 for cores, s136 for cavities. Materials such as 718, 45#, 50#, H13, 2738, NAK80, SKD61 and etc. are all optional to customers.
Treatments: Besides basic mold treatments, Min Cong Mould use vacuum quenching, electroplating to process the mold, bring higher product hardness and quality.
Cavities: From 4 cavities to 48 cavities are available.
Design: We have our own design work team to design drawings satisfying customers` demands. Customers may need to provide 2D or 3D drawing or samples and we will make 2D&3D drawings within 2 days after receiving PO and one of listed above.
Runner system: China advanced brand or imported hot runner system brand to the order. Each cavity has independent temperature control and heater system.
Cold runner and half hot runner are available as well.
Services:
We have services 24 hours a day available for questions and provide 2 year` warranty for mould.
Before signing the contract: We will do specific analyze of the order and make out the quotation sheet as detailed as possible. After that, we will have negotiations about its delivery and payment.
In the processing process: Providing sourced processing process and certificates of each process. Customers can always turn to us to have update about their moulds.
After the delivery: Keep in touch with customer and make sure the mould is producing well. If get any quality problem, our company will take the responsibility and fix the problem.
Relevant components: insert components, relevant tubes and rings.
